Elecolit® El 365551.7 KiBElecolit® El 3655 silver filled electrically conductive chip bonding adhesive has been developed for the requirements in the semiconductor industry, for microelectronic applications and LED die attach.

Product 103-Gel will fixture very rapidly when exposed to chemical activators. Fixture time is typically less than one minute, often as quickly as 20-30 seconds (depending on the volume of adhesive, bond gap, and strength of the activator). After fixture, assembled components may be handled for further processing. Full cure and bond strength is attained in 24 hours.

Tangent 20102-G153.5 KiBTangent Product 20102-G is a UV / Visible light curable masking material that provides excellent surface protection for highly polished components during aggressive surface finishing processes such as grit blasting, shot peening, plating, and polishing. This flexible, high adhesion mask is ideal for protecting steel, aluminum, titanium, nickel, cobalt, and other metal alloys. This mask is perfectly suited for component processes typically associated with the aerospace and medical implant industries. Product 20102-G contains no nonreactive solvents and cures in seconds when exposed to UV/visible light, (320-450nm). Tangent masks may be applied using pre-packed syringes or cartridges, as well as by brush, dip, or spray. After processing, it is easily removed by peeling after a short hot water soak at 65°C [149°F], or higher. Surfaces are residue-free after mask removal. Product 20102-G is green in color for better visibility during dispensing and removal.
Tangent 20104153.3 KiBTangent Product 20104 is a UV / Visible light curable masking material that provides excellent surface protection of rough or porous components during mild to moderate surface finishing processes such as grit blasting, shot peening, and polishing. This flexible, high adhesion mask is ideal for protecting steel, aluminum, titanium, cobalt, and other commonly used metals in the aerospace and medical implant industries. 20104 contains no nonreactive solvents and cures when exposed to light. After processing, it is easily removed by peeling.
Tangent 30320153.2 KiBTangent Product 30320 is a solvent-free, UV / Visible light curable adhesive formulated to develop bonds with high tensile shear and peel strength between glass, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic and some plastics. Bonds prepared with 30320 are optically clear, resistant to moisture, and are well suited for operating conditions that involve thermal cycling. (Several viscosity ranges are available in this product family.) Product 30320 will cure very rapidly when exposed to a broad spectrum (320-450nm) UV lamp. This adhesive will also cure quickly using monochromatic, LED systems with outputs of 365nm or 405nm wavelength. A secondary thermal catalyst also allows 30320 to be cured with heat in the event that partial shadowing prevents 100% curing with light.
